iPad Animation is a new type of workshop for Newtown Movie School. 1 May 2014 saw 11 children create amazing stop motion on their own iPads.
Most of the group took part in improvising and voicing the dialogue. This was recorded in GarageBand on one iPad. The audio was then shared to all iPads for individual editing into customised soundtracks along with music.
Each soundtrack was opened in iStopMotion app to record the pictures. The completed movies were opened in iMovie app to add the titles.
