Sherlock Holmes back from the dead
Length: under 5 minutes
Script Elements: Line used but no props
Genre: Drama
Movie Critique:
Sherlock Holmes played to the fantastic norms of original crime films of its age. Integrating humor and an intriguing crime story added to its overall style. However this movie used multiple one liners. Although easier to deliver by actors, one liners detract from a flowing movie.
The camera work was wonderful, a good mixture of techniques were used. 'Sherlock Holmes back from the dead' was edited with care and precision making scene changes work well. The editing in the introduction and final credits were beautifully done.
Tips – Less one liners. These can be great to aid a films humor, but try not to use them to much.
